THURSDAYS Oct. 27th-November 17th 2-4pm (4 weeks)

Drawing skills are the single most valuable asset for painters and artists of all kinds. The very best thing you can do to improve your work is to beef up your drawing skills. Drawing is about learning how to see and how to translate what you see.

We’ll cover subjects such as...

  • Drawing objects in still life

  • Good composition, Scale & Relationships

  • Perspective drawing (at a basic level)

  • Shading and mark-making

  • Good drawing habits (and how to break bad ones)

We will not be using rulers or completing long intricate renderings. This class is about every day drawing and will be geared toward those who are newer to or returning to drawing. We'll focus on practical drawing skills that are useful, accessible, and fun.

5 students are needed to run this class with a maximum class size of 8. Please sign up in advance to reserve your spot.
